Learn breathing techniques (pranayama) to ground the body and calm the mind. -

This workshop forms the practical foundation and is a prerequisite for the Massage Intensive (2 days)

This workshop is an essential step towards certification. It invites you to be seen in your physical, emotional, and spiritual intimacy, and to free yourself from the limitations of the mind by activating the sensual body.
Who is this workshop for: Open to any man willing to let go of his sexual expectations and dive into a journey of his intimate sensations. Physical, emotional, and spiritual touch will be explored progressively, with and then without clothes, in dyads.
The exploration: A safe space to experience authentic vulnerability and conscious presence in shared intimacy. An opportunity to transcend conditioning and access a new depth of connection to oneself and others.

INTENSIVE MASSAGE
Practical application of sequences
2 days (Saturday and Sunday) + 2 massage supervisions of 1 hour each
Prerequisites: Completion of the Tantric Energy Awareness Course (3 modules) and the practical workshop on body and awareness
This intensive course allows you to put into practice all the sequences learned during the 3 modules of the Tantric Energy Awareness Course. A time for practical integration and guided experimentation.
What is included:
- Review of massage sequences
- Exploration of anatomical landmarks on a partner
- Guided demonstrations (Tao and Kundalini massage, ritual, Lingam and perineum)
- Practical exploration workshops
- Triad exchanges (massage with role rotation)
